Setia Eco Templer, The Legend of Nine Creeks
Yuniq has been appointed as the Town Planner for the Setia Eco Templer project since its inception. Setia Eco Templer sits on a 194-acre tract lodged between Rawang and Selayang. Upon completion in eight to ten years, the township would comprise 1,800 homes and a commercial zone.
The persistence and professional expertise of Yuniq in crafting an eco-themed masterplan had been recognized by the Malaysian Institute of Planners Excellence Award (MIPPEA) in which Yuniq had emerged as the Winner of Design Excellence Award of year 2016.
