This EAIR Study was conducted to determine the construction and operational impact of the service apartment on the MRT Railway Line. The study involved the review and understanding of engineering designs and Land Public Transport Agency legislations. All of this culminates into an impact and mitigation scoring system to best determine the measures taken.
