This SIA study involves the construction of a 3-storey columbarium for the storage of ashes of deceased individuals. The project is associated with several social concerns, including potential traffic congestion, perceived land depreciation, disturbances arising from the influx of foreign construction workers, and impacts on the environmental quality of the surrounding area during construction activities.
